Adult film star Sophia Leone died of an accidental drug overdose, authorities in New Mexico announced Tuesday.

The 26-year-old was found dead in her Albuquerque home March 1. Her death was initially being investigated as “suspicious” and “unique,” police said at the time, although there were no reported signs of trauma on her body.

Albuquerque police confirmed that Leone accidentally overdosed, though it’s not clear which substances she had ingested.

A police report obtained by TMZ said Leone’s mother told police that her daughter had a history of suicidal thoughts and was known to drink heavily.
